Free WWW Accounts for Taiwanese

We offer free WWW accounts to overseas Taiwanese students, Taiwanese teenagers, and Taiwan related non-profit organizations.

Due to overwhelming personal account applications, free personal accounts will be provided to special web projects only.

	The account is free for one year as long as it's used for non-profit publication.
	World-Wide-Web publishing is required.
	Free disk space: 1 MB/personal account and 3 MB/organizational account. More space is available upon request or for US$4/extra MB/month.
	Each account includes an email forward account and a ftp account.
	Business accounts are available for US$15 set up and US$ 5/MB/month.
